The only way for the band to go off is by setting alarms, not through habits. So I currently have 9 alarms set, only 1 to wake up, the rest are just reminders for different things so the band goes off. Because of all the alarms it can't track my sleep, it tries to track it after every alarm, even if they're less than an hour apart. It works, but the band needs to be integrated with the habits function on the app, and be able to set multiple reminders per habit, then it would be great.
