Went in person to try on different dresses and see what size I was. Found this flattering style with a front slit and even had pockets! I’m 5’4” and around 145 lbs and found the size 10 to be the perfect fit. It was delivered a day early at my doorstep. I couldn’t believe the dress fit in such a tiny green bag. This dress is gorgeous and comfortable! I am wearing it in a size 14 here and I am 5'6" tall. I wore it with a waist shaper for a bit of definition and while the boning was a little visible it didn't cling awkwardly. The dress feels very effortlessly elegant draped across the shoulders. I wore a strapless bra and felt quite covered up, aside from the shoulder. If you are self conscious of your arms, this dress will free you from it!

This was my first rental experience with Fitzroy, and it was 10/10. Great customer service, and the gown/bucket bag pairing was perfect. I received many compliments on both! The gown is very flattering and forgiving due to the ruched detail on the torso. Also the fabric has a bit of stretch to it making it very comfortable. I loved the train, and the slit. Although the slit is quite high I didn’t feel that detail took away from the elegance of the gown.

I loved this dress! I wore it to a friend’s wedding at a golf course. The dress itself was beautiful and comfy. I would highly recommend. I’m 5’9 and wore a 3 inch heel and the dress was the perfect length. I did have to safety pin the strap to my shape wear to keep it in place all night. I had the best experience going to Fitzroy. The sales associate was so friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Fitzroy enough, I will be using them for all my formal events.

This dress was so comfy to wear! I find it runs a tiny bit large as I'm a small but the small was a bit loose, and I could've fit am xs (though it was tight). It also runs long as I'm 5'4 and even with heels, it touches the ground. The colour is gorgeous!
