Incredible bag!! It feels extremely durable. Well built product, its compact yet it holds a lot of trauma gear. The best part of this is how it opens and spreads out to give access to all areas of the bag. There's no issues with it opening either, just grab handles and yank open. +++++

I picked this up to put in my vehicle just in case it's needed. It's got just about everything you'd need minus some shears. Quick tip, if you get this, cut a tiny slit in the packaging for ease of opening without having to carry something to cut it open.

I'm using these as dressing for a pressure sore on the sole of my foot. They are thin, so they do not increase pressure on the wound. The adhesive holds well in spite of the high moisture level in my shoe.

A better bag for building a modest trauma kit (especially for a compact vehicle kit.) other bag sizes are rather small size. I used this to build a kit for my in-laws vehicle. It won’t carry everything under the sun but I’ve found most won’t carry a massive kit like I’m willing do so this strikes a great balance. One drawback/suggestion, I think the side pocket loops could use a tiny bit more fabric and/or elasticity so they can fit a TQ or pressure dressing package a bit easier…I really had to...

Hunting season is upon us. My Best friend and I hunt a remote Area of Michigan. We usually have a first aid kit for minor Cuts and scratches. I'm going to purchase the celox in the applicator for use with a puncture or deep wound. I used Some the other day for a cut Sustained working on a chainsaw. Bleeding pretty good. Worn daily for two weeks and now always. High quality, practical, and comfortable (socks or not). I run an advanced IFAK but allocated a pocket to folded Raptor shears. In cargos, I can stack this above 8” boots. Given my “bird legs,” (and for women), I would prefer they extend the H/L field for snugness - and to secure the otherwise, loose outer flap from creating a print. Overall, extremely satisfied - and relieved - to have supplies on me I otherwise would not when seconds do count.

Thankfully I have not had to apply this set of Chest Seals. Praying I never do. However, having them does provide a great deal of peace of mind. The Exp Date is 2027 and that I greatly appreciate. They were reasonably priced as was the shipping cost. I have watched Skinny Medic’s videos repeatedly regarding how to apply the seals and feel very confident I can do so. Is the best tourniquet around. There's a reason it is basically the industry standard. I got the bright orange for ease of finding/seeing. Could not recommend it more. If storing on the outside of a MOLLE system, would strongly recommend getting a pouch/holder.

I bought the two small kits, one for me one for my brother. We both shoot often, and would like to have something on us just in case something goes wrong. We have extra tourniquets just in case and a lot of other stuff. These are great little kits that hang on your belt or your Molly gear.
