Absolutely great kit. Love everything minus the shears. Would recommend anyone to upgrade those. However I do understand not putting an expensive pair in for the price you are paying for this kit. A quality set of shears alone is the price of this kit and higher. I already have some so they are going in. But great kit and I am very pleased.

I love how everything stays in place when you open it because of all the elastic loops. The bag it is replacing did not have enough, so things would fall out every time I needed to access the first aid supplies. Annoying, especially if what fell out was something I needed.

Compared to a number of other pre-pkg kits out there, this one is very good in component quality & bag design. Hope to never have to use but as the saying goes, it’s better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it in my trauma kit.i think it would be a benefit if you sold bio hazards bags along with stop bleeding and trauma kits I would definitely put one inside my kit.

I picked up a few of these to stick in my med pouches/edc pack. I like the size for head lacerations where a whole combat gauze would be wasteful and they are thin where you can add them to a kit without needing to make additional space. I will definitely be getting more soon.

This is a bit of a silly story but it does show some of the usefulness of combat gauze. It also shows some limitations. Long story short, I cut the tip of my finger off. At the same time I was on medication that meant it just would not stop bleeding. Using gauze and paper towels etc. I was fifteen minutes in and still soaking through everything. OPAs are not 1 size fit all. Having the proper size OPA is very important in securing an airway. I have peace of mind with this in my kit. Shopped around and these guys had a fair price for this item.

Awesome kit, people!!! Well worth the price! And what I found shocking and great was that the clear bag it comes in is tough, holds everything tight, and waterproof (not some ordinary clear bag). So good that I'm not even bothering with putting everything is some sort of after-market, fancy opening, colorful med pouch/bag, it's great as is and is my edc backpack med kit.

Could be happier. You can tell that the kits were put together with a great deal of thought and built for ease of use. I purchased two of the large first aid kits (one for home and one for the car) along with a trauma kit for my range bag and the peace of mind that comes with having them is priceless. That and the fact that they are completely FSA eligible really made these purchases a no brainer. I’m sure I will be back to buy more in the future.

The real reason I bought from Med Gear Outfitters was that I knew I was getting genuine, quality products. You just can't buy from Amazon with any confidence; there are so many cheap counterfeits and you can't have that in a life or death situation. Products all look great, they're all sealed up, and I reassembled my med kits for car and such. I'll buy from them again.

I have purchased one of these to keep in my vehicle and one for each of my kids vehicles just in case. Fortunately, no need has yet arisen, but I would never forgive myself if one of my kids or loved ones were injured and suffered any type of loss because I/we/they didn't have the medical supplies needed for the situation.
