The bags arrived quickly, as usual. They looked small at first, but I am amazed at how much they will hold. I filled them with what I had planned and they will still hold that much more. I bought two so I would have one in each of our vehicles. I'm very happy with them!

I keep a vacuum packed first kit with these in the car. Older gentleman slipped on the ice and injured himself. Tore one of these out and had him bandaged up quickly. These take up very little space and come in handy. When you need them you need them. I ordered more, refilled my kit, and built another kit for someone else. Super handy.

NPAs are not 1 size fit all. Having the proper size NPA is very important in securing an airway. 28F is a good choice if you can only carry one but I now have peace of mind with this in my kit. Shopped around and these guys had a fair price for this item.

Missing antacid and anti-diarrheal, and then it would be 99.9% perfect Personal EDC-IFAK. I reduced mine from the stock to 2x 1"x3" bandages, 2x each disinfection, 1x per skin care, burn relief, and sting care. Added 1x antacid and anti-diarrheal.

Very compact option for a makeshift pelvic binder. Kind of stiff and finicky out of the package and may be hard to get it bent into a splinting position compared to a SAM split, but much more rigid.

As a law enforcement officer, I do keep and carry a trauma bag in my unit and personal vehicle. This Dynalift transport item will be added to one of my bags and carried in case needed. I saw a similar item being used by a local fire department in a ALERRT AIRR class to transport injured from the casualty collection point to the exchange area.

I haven't had reason to use it on a window yet, but it's sharp and very powerful. It easily put a significant hole in a piece of wood that I tested it on so I would imagine it will go through a window without much difficulty. Very solidly built and easy to disassemble if you ever need to fix it. For the price, I don't think it can be beat.

I bought this kit to serve more serious injuries while out in the deep woods. Everything about this kit is excellent. The Maxpedition bag is superb quality and the stiff plastic MOLLE attachment "bars" really hold it well on my carry bag. Upon receiving it, I realized that I would need a second medic bag for the rest of the necessities. I would not change the 8x10 size, since that works with the MOLLE system, but be aware that you will need a second bag to hold the more common used items lik...

This is a very well put together IFAk pack-I keep it in my car in cae I come across any accidents, and make sure i have it in my range bag at all times (I shoot every Sunday morning). here's hoping we never need this (at the range or on the roads) but it's heartening to know If needed the kit is quality.

This is the perfect size (It's little) to put in our backpack, take with us to the range, out on the boat, or throw in the truck. We have a larger kit, but this one will be good for those more serious injuries that could potentially cause major issues. We got a few "extra" items like a tourniquet, some extra packing gauze, an attachable flashlight, hand sanitizer, and a few other small items. Haven't used it yet...hope we never have to. But it is good knowing we have it if need be.
