I purchased the Overlander First Aid Kit. I then purchased three C-A-T Tourniquets and three 4/5" NAR Compressed Gauze. The kit with these items will allow me to handle more patience with extremity bleeding. The C-A-T Tourniquet is what I carried in the military. I am very comfortable with this style and confident they will complete the mission.

Great kit. It comes with x shears which is a huge plus. And the extra boo boo items are nice to have as well. I went with the condor bag, and the mounting and rip away feature work well. I added an extra tourniquet to the outside since it only comes with one. Would recommend for a car or range bag.

This is a great starter setup or as a small day pack/vehicle kit. You are ready to go right out of the box but it still allows a lot of customization to fit what you need. I removed two of the triangle bandages and added a space blanket and a packing gauze in the center pouch and elastic strap and then stuck a few electrolyte packs in the sides and it still closes up easily.

What comes in this med pack matches it's price point. Very highquality equipment that comes packed in this bag. The XL Nitrile gloves are handy and fit my preference well. I typically wear a size Large in work gloves but got XL exam gloves because I double up and these fit well over a base Large glove during patient contact. The ability to maintain dexterity is important, and these gloves help maintain finger functions like pointing, scrolling, palpating, etc. The gloves seem durable and appear to be just what I need.

This is great tape! it extra sticky and holds very well. It is a bit difficult to pull from the roll as I do not have normal strength, but can manage. Scissors are needed to cut it, not hand tear. It is thicker and tougher than most. Highly recommended.

I love this IFAK. All the contents are real, the pouch is high quality, and it's easy to pull the contents pouch out and put it back in to the exterior pouch without any problems. I placed my IFAK in a position on my Battle Belt so I can use either hand and I had no problem retrieving it. Great product, great service, and a great company.

Sturdy and high quality. It’s JUST big enough for the essential life-saving supplies, nothing more. I didn’t end up using the shock cord loops on the fold out except for some antiseptic wipes, because nothing else fits. Overall, it’s a very compact and carry able size. If you need to fit an israeli, extra gauze/wraps, or larger dressings, definitely get the 5x8 instead. This one is too small.

The most important thing is that this is a real CAT. What I had in my kit originally I got a “good deal” on. As soon as they were side by side the difference is instantly noticeable. Don’t waste your dollars trying to save pennies for something this important. The shipping on the order was fast. Plenty of update communication.

Great little IFAK. We have it attached to our camping backpacks. We bought 2 because 2 is 1 and 1 is none, and if we were to get separated while out hiking and camping, and need medical help, we both have one. They are just big enough but not too big. They have pretty much everything you could need. The bag itself is very sturdy and very well made. One of the best purchases I have made this year.
