As a 5'4, 145# female, I normally wear a size A0; but ordered an F3 to get a proper pant length. My order came in way too wide bodied, but good lengths. The jacket folds around my past my sides and the pants are like a balloon.
After washing and shrinking a few times the gi fits better but is going to a tailor to be taken in.

The gi fits very nicely. After a wash in cold water it didnt shrink any. Im 6'4", 240 lbs and I ordered the plain white bjj gi pants in A3 and jacket in A3L. I ordered another pair of pants a few sizes up cause they felt snug but ill run them through a few classes to see how they hold up.
The customer service is very good. I reached out with a few questions and they got back to me and helped me out.
