I ordered the Enforcer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi (Order #49180) on June 1 and didn’t receive it until June 21—a full 20 days later. For a product that cost me $116.09, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
There was little communication regarding the delay, and having to wait nearly three weeks for an in-stock item is outrageous. Customers who spend their hard-earned money deserve better.
