Extremely disappointing experience. The company gave misleading production timeframes to secure the business, despite our needs being made clear from the outset.
Even after clear, concise and respectful communication, they refused to take accountability, shifted the blame elsewhere, and would not provide a refund for a product that no longer met the agreed requirements.
Overall, a very poor experience and not a company I would recommend.
