I looked into buying a water timer for the shower after having to have my septic pumped twice a year. Shower wizard has been a fantastic purchase for my family of six. My daughter was taking extremely long showers and our water bill was climbing every time! This has been an absolute miracle! I had been looking into water shutoff/timers for a while. I love it, the teenagers not so much! The kids learned what 8 minutes is real quick. Great product! When I connected the device, I had a leak at the rubber grommet by the extension (no fault of the product).  I replaced the existing corroded extension with a new one with nice smooth edges ($10 at Home Depot) and problem solved.  I'm not sure how many customers have 30-year-old plumbing hardware, but maybe planning on replacing the existing extension while you have everything apart will save yo...

I was very skeptical when ordering the shower wizard but it has been life changing. Our issue is a teenager that was taking too long of showers. This has eliminated the arguments and banging of bathroom doors. The only downside is keeping track of when to charge it but that is a very small issue considering how well it works.

We put the buttons by the master bedroom. In the beginning it was a lot of grunting, now it's more of a game since they have to run down a hallway and maximize every second they can get LOL. This is an amazing product and very easy to install and program. we have two teenage girls that were taking all the hot water with every shower and this device has solved that for us. we love the ease of use and the overall install was a breeze. Easy install. Works exactly as described. I just wish it had a removable battery (for charging purposes). Running an extension cord into the shower is not the best but it rarely needs it.

This is our second device (the first one was the older version). This has helped our kid’s shower lengths decrease and helped our decrease water bills! The new generation model (wireless) is a nice upgrade to the prior wired model. The installation is easy. The new rechargeable battery is a good change (vs batteries). Highly recommend.

This little device is the best thing. My adult son has OCD and has had a really hard time limiting the length of his showers. The water bill was so high!!! Had the previous model, worked great. This model seems to be even nicer. I’m having a little trouble with the programming aspect of it, but I’m sure it’s user error and I will figure it out. My kids will no longer take 45 minute showers. Back down to 13 minutes!

I had the previous model with the big round button attached to a cord and it worked but not that well with 4 kids using it. This newer model seems to be working well! I love it, we have a smaller water heater and all of my kids would use up the entire tank themselves if they could! This really helps control the water usage.

This has to be the worst website for what could be a great product. i was going to buy the shower wizard until i looked at the potty mizer. "send to mark" yeah a newspaper clipping picture from 1979 really instills confidence to buy an overpriced as seen on tv product not available on a mainstream marketplace

It’s worked great! I’ve had a few “hiccups” where my kid couldn’t turn it on. I realized it was due to the motion sensor not detecting them. The showerhead blocks much of the motion sensor.
