I have tried to maintain my spine angle and avoid early extension for years. My son is a D1 golfer and I notice when watching his tournaments that all the kids have perfect swings and have a sawed off finish especially with irons. Well somehow this training aid allowed me to accomplish this sawed off finish. It has me hitting all shots nearly ruler straight. I have tried countless training aids including the Planemate and a few Gankas products and this is by far the best one!

Helps to practice with a purpose, I warm up and stretch with it. I love it! My son is a ranked Jr, and when he went to tournaments, I would pull it out of my back and set him up a workstation (very quickly with this tool) and people would always wander over and inquire. I like it a lot and you can’t overstate the versatility.

It's pretty awkward feeling at first, especially once you progress to a fuller swing. But, it really does force you to sequence correctly and use lower body to get things moving.

It’s a great training tool. I use it everyday and I have noticed I am hitting my shots more constantly and with more distance.
