For me at 84 years old and playing golf since I was 10 years old, it'd hard for me to swing a club and keep my elbows close together. The ball gives me good practice but simulating it while playing at my club is difficult. I'm going to keep practicing with it and see if someday it translates to improvement on the golf course.

it's a beautiful very well made golf product. I was unsure how to blow it up at first, but I got it. Same with how to use it. For me the ball works great on chips and pitches. I can't use on full swings; it probably wasn't intended for that, anyway.

When I first opened the package, I honestly thought this is going back. I had regrets. But once I used the trainer on my wedge, I was like nope... this is a keeper. I have a strong grip and also will bow my left wrist at impact. So I am still not sure how to set this on the club and have it press on your forearm during the backswing to train that feeling of a straight wrist at the top, and still be able to then bow the left wrist at impact. So for now, I use this on wedges where the ball flight ...

I think the Swing Trainer is an improvement. However, the package arrived damaged and was poorly sent. Also, no instructions or video links on how to use. Went to You Tube to secure. Be nice to have a series of programs to use on the range.

As a tall golfer with long arms but skinny wrists, it is very easy for my wrists to break down somewhere in the swing — even, and especially, on the shorter shots. Like the Tour Striker Educator, which I also have, the Flex Click is helping me to groove proper wrist conditions into my golf swing.

The ball was returned because it would not hold air after inflated. Any pressure on the ball from the forearms would cause the ball to immediately deflate and go flat.

To learn how to turn your wrists at the top, this is the training aid you need! Make sure you tighten it pretty good or it’ll shift on you. Best to check alignment often.
