The return/exchange for different size process with you so is so slow painful. It would make me question if I purchased again.

Gorgeous shoes. Could have gone up half a size as the point is narrow and patent leather has no give.

Stunning shoe but also very comfortable as the sides of the shoe are mesh. Feet don’t feel restricted. Gorgeous heel- true to size.

Love the height of the Bambi!!! We need more low heels! My only negative is that the clear straps are too wide, I can still wear them but my foot does slide down. Great shoe though - no squished toes! I always get compliments wearing these shoes.

Love Lana shoes, I have quite a few pairs! The only feedback I would give is about their returns process. It’s quite lengthy and I wish it were more simple and easy.
