I’ve had a brisker for all my 54 yrs of marriage. When the original broke because my husband fell on it, I was thrilled to find through Google search that the company still exists. We continue to rely on the new to keep our treats crisp and fresh. We love you!

We have had a Brisker at our Lake Michigan cottage for more than 40 years! It has worked properly all this time. Of course, we do unplug it during the off season! The old one was looking a bit sad and I decided to replace it. The new handle and magnetic strip are HUGE improvements over the older model. I highly recommend this product if you are in a moist humid location. I may buy another one for our winter home in Florida.

We lost a 30+ year old Brisker in a flood last year. I didn’t think we would be able to replace it and didn’t know the name of the appliance. We've had a Brisker Crisper for many years. We live in Hawaii so crackers, chips, and cookies get very soggy, but not with a crisper!!! We're not sure why everyone doesn't know about this simple effective appliance - everyone needs one in any climate but especially if you have humidity. We are moving now and have to leave our current crisper, so our first purchase for the new home was a new Brisker Crisper!

The brisker keeps cereal and bread crumbs crisp. Here in Florida it can be very humid.At one time I had home in Connecticut by the lake as well, I put a brisker in both homes.

We have had a brisket at our cottage for more years than I can count. It keeps everything fresh and crisp. Although it takes up counter space the box is nice looking and is not obtrusive. I had some difficulties with shipping damage upon receipt. Brisker replaced the unit damaged, twice, no questions asked. Unit performs as advertised, and I don't expect to not go without one again.
