I bought this for my mom. She has had one for 15+yrs and loved it, but the hinge on the door broke and wouldn’t stay shut. She uses it for everything, chips, crackers even spices. She lives alone and doesn’t get things eaten very fast, so this prolongs the life of some foods that would normally get soggy and stale. A great money saver!

Especially in the humid climate we live in, this is a must-have. Cereal and crackers stay as crisp as when they are first opened. This is the old-fashioned breadbox brought into the modern age, thanks to a little bit of heat. Works great. Highly recommend.

When I moved to Florida 20 years ago a friend had suggested I get a Brisker to save me from soggy chips & crackers in all the humidity. I did, and fell in love with the ease to store snacks after they had been opened. It paid for itself in the first year by saving food that wasn’t thrown away. My new Brisker was the first thing I replaced after my home flooded in a hurricane. I didn’t want to have a kitchen without it.

We've always had issues with our chips, cookies, snack nuts, etc., staying crisp after opening (even though we were careful to reclose the bags with chip clips or whatever other method was available). With the Brisker we can now keep these items fresh without even closing the bags they are in. In addition, these snacks are actually warm when we take them out of the Brisker to eat, which is a real plus. Wish we had tried the Brisker sooner.

We bought to sell at our hardware. I started working here 27 years ago and when I did there where about 20 of these in the warehouse. We sold the last one last year! So I reordered four to sell. I was wondering if we could get the extra packets to sell as well. Let me know! Love this old fashioned item and don't ever stop making them!

This is our second Brisker, the first being a wedding gift 20 years ago! These are a must if you want to keep your crackers (or any crispy foods) crisp. I also use it to help my bread dough rise. They are well built and are very long lasting.

First one delivered was damaged (the door did not align with the base). They suggested some good suggestions to repair which unfortunately did not work. So they replaced it for free. Great customer service for a great product.

I have purchased several of these units over the years and always been happy until recently. I live in Hawaii and had bought one as a housewarming gift for friends. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged but they were nice enough to send a replacement. Unfortunately, that was also damaged and, now they won’t return my phone calls. Their products are great but their customer service is terrible!
