Not cooling, at all. The product still uses plastic as a filler, which means it retains heat and does not breathe well. Do not believe all the hype on the products page.
Customer service was not great. Instead of just taking my return, I spent 3 days waiting while they tried to pawn the item off on me with discounts and such because it would "cost too much to return." Not my problem, nor do I need to hear about it.

They are definitely cooling. I suffer from night sweats due to an autoimmune disease, so unfortunately the sheets don't keep me cool all night. Nothing against these sheets, its just me. I have recommended them to some of my menopausal girlfriends, though. They do work really well with pets-the kitty fur brushes right off with no problem. Thanks Olive & Crate

I loved these sheets for the 27 days I've had them until today. The color is beautiful. They are soft, cool to the touch and breathable. However, today I washed them as instructed. As I'm putting them on the bed, I notice that ginormous hole. These sheets aren't double threaded. I have a california king. These sheets should be durable enough to fit the bed as expected without ripping the seams. I'm very disappointed with this product. With the cost and the added hype, these sheets should've last...
