Loved the vibrant dark green color of my new duvet cover. I ordered it Dec 20, received Dec 23. I washed it for the firs time today. Glad I did because I'm still within the 30 day trial period. I washed and dried the cover as directed. Now it looks like I've had it for years. Several white streaks/lines now cover the entire cover. These products are labeled as durable, so I'm very disappointed this is how it turned out after its first wash.

I just got my set yesterday. Won't be able to answer any of your questions because I can't follow your instructions. There is a card attached which says "Don't use until you have read the instructions at https://bed.oliveandcrate.com/insert". But that website says it is not in service and gives a really weird message. Now I begin to doubt that you are a legitimate company. [though I did receive the actual product within one week and it appears as advertised]. So - what are your instructions...

Bought these for my wife at her request. She wanted them as she's a hot sleeper. She loves them and I'll admit they're good, but the fitted sheet tore in the center after 6 months. These sheets are $160...we followed the washing instructions every wash. Under no circumstance should a sheet this expensive tear after six months.
