We then we had to order my husband’s Army flag, which we had to get from another company, we ordered the pole and hardware from Allegiance. Thank you for your quality product. I posted this on twitter (x) along with pictures. I received my new @AllegianceFlag and mounted it on the house. If you have not seen these flags, they are all made with USA material in Charleston SC. The quality is exceptional, the colors are very vibrant and instill pride and patriotism in all that see it. I also have an Israel flag to show support for my Jewish neighbors. Plus there are numerous patriotic decorations surrounding the house, so, yes, we are ready to celebrate Memorial Day

During a strong East Tennessee storm, the wind tore our flag from the pole. I emailed Allegiance to see if they could repair my flag, and I would gladly pay for the repair. They emailed me back requesting my address so they could send me a free replacement flag. Amazing customer service and I now will be a lifetime customer. Well done allegiance.

Came folded correctly, others don’t do this. The flag that came with my flag pole was folded incorrectly in a plastic bag. This Allegiance flag was exceptional in materials and workmanship.

We ordered the Vermont White Ash flagpole for 3X5 flags, which upon arrival found there was a small section of grain runout a bout halfway down the pole. It was not significant and I could have lived with it but I was not happy given what I paid for the pole. After reaching out to AFS they responded immediately and sent me out a new pole no questions ask. I feel customer service has fallen short with a lot companies over the years so it's nice when you come across one that meets your expectation...
