During a strong East Tennessee storm, the wind tore our flag from the pole. I emailed Allegiance to see if they could repair my flag, and I would gladly pay for the repair. They emailed me back requesting my address so they could send me a free replacement flag. Amazing customer service and I now will be a lifetime customer. Well done allegiance.

I have been looking for American flag made in the USA for a long time. I finally found your company. My son-in-law and daughter were both in the service. He said disabled that and my father’s brothers were all in the service as well as him and my brother so I have been, flying flag for for as long as I’ve had a home so about 18 since I was 21 I think but I’m gonna tell you this is the best flag. I bought this flag as a replacement for a flag that fought the good fight and was ready for retirement. I wanted to make sure the replacement was well built and could last not only a long time, but could withstand the long periods of direct sunlight and blustery high winds we receive.
