I've had a fantastic time with this game. Using playdough to create units is a stroke of genius that adds an extra layer of interactivity while making sure your game doesn't take up multiple shelves of space. I'm looking forward to what Necromolds has in store in the future.

When buying expansion packs, make sure to look at their bonuses, so you can build a team that can back each other up with bonuses to defence and attack, for cool strategic game play!

The shirts are fantastic. My kids and I play together whenever we can and now we can show our love for this game. Was thrilled they had them in a good size for them. The base game and monster packs I got as a family gift for Christmas last year and they were so excited to get the shirts for Christmas this year.
Really excited for the expansion. My kids ask me often when the expansion will get here. Excited for the future of Necromolds and to share my love of wargames with my family.

Necromolds manages to encapsulate everything to love about the hobby of miniatures. It can be paired down to for a younger audience without comprising on being a complete game. Even for the older audience, its a complete skirmish package for a "beer & pretzels" game night. If you have young ones, I can't recommend this enough. Even if you are experienced in the miniatures hobby, just grab the expansion and some extra monster packs when you buy the core box and just have fun.

Awesome game for all ages! My wife and I enjoy playing with the full rule set. There is enough strategy for me as an advid gamer while being approachable for folks who aren't. We have a 4 year old and a 2 year old who love to mold the monsters, roll the dice, and most importantly, smash the monsters! The design is perfect to engage the kids and add rules as they mature. Necromolds is the best game I've bought in the last 5 years! It has my highest recommendation!

Where was this game when I was a kid?! When I first saw this game I was sceptical even though I knew I wanted it. This game really is Warhammer meets play-do. The rules are simplistic and easy to follow. This leads to easy game play even for beginners. For whatever reason it's very satisfying squishing the monsters with the caster rings. The battle box starter set is a good introduction to the game. I look forward to collecting everything this game has to offer

Right out of the box we were set up and playing within half an hour fully understanding the rules. My 11 year old had a blast getting the hang of the game quickly and thwarting my early game strategy.

The kiddo and I love this game. I found a monster pack alone in my LGS and picked it up because I loved the retro 90's toy aesthetic and flavor. Everything I, and my kids, could look for in a war game. The rules allow for a ton of flexibility and fun and we're easily picked up by my 6 and 8 year old. I found them quickly being able to play it themselves and delve deep into the lore which they loved. The look, feel, game mechanics, length, and dice rolling make for what has become our favorite game.

Such an awesome idea that has so much passion and care put into every detail! My son loves play dough based games and this is the perfect game to get his creative mind going while still giving that base fun of squishing stuff. The boys like to do a 4 x 2 x 1 (mud mumps to grave ghoul to insectomite) skirmish when we don't have much time. And bust out after market spell clay to expand armies when we have plenty. Playing a step between basic and standard play right now.

War game with Playdoh that you can smash sign me up. The molds look amazing when you pull the pieces out. This part can take some time but once you get use to it, it is very easy.
The rules range from simple that a 5 year old can play to advanced with various rules those familiar with games like warhammer will enjoy.
They also have rules for 3 and r players plus even a solo mode! Overall it was such a joy to build and smash the monsters. I can't recommend it enough.

A wonderful gift for my girlfriends birthday, we've been looking for board games to play together and this combines the childhood desire to smash and destroy the game pieces with an amazing concept, art design, and concept that it's hard not to instantly fall in love after opening the box. This is the most fun I've had with a boardgame since Heroscape back in the early 2000's! Necromolds makes the whole genre of wargaming cost accessible to a wider audience, and the tactile joy of playing with clay and smashing enemies is super fun and engaging. Now instead of scrolling social media on the weekend mornings I'm making homemade clay and sculpting battle map terrain with my kids. (And they're even doing extra chores to get more allowance to buy expansions. 😜)

One of its strongest features is the variable complexity, it truly helps ease anyone in that might be hesitant about the many rules of most war games. Necromolds is a great time! Listening to the instructions alone might make it seem more complicated than it actually is. My husband and I played Necromolds for the first time last Friday and it didn’t take more than a few turns for me to pick it up. Mind you, he read all the instructions and watched a video explaining the play. My favorite part was definitely the smooshing of his Grave Ghouls and Mud Mumps. Couldn’t quite take out his Insectomite though…unfortunately for me. 🥲

With a little parental guidance my 5 year old and 8 year old were able to play on the basic rules (minus gems) and had a blast in all forms from molding to battling to squishing. Photo shows the final results of their first game. Looking forward to playing advanced later on.
