I followed the directions exactly, and my teeth hurt so bad, I couldn't keep going. I'm disappointed because they're definitely effective at whitening, but not at all gentle, in my experience.

This did not work for me, I did not like the fit. I tried twice to get the guard to form to my teeth and it just falls out. I think the guard is too small and thick. I have purchased guards from the drug store that fits perfectly once it’s dipped in hot water.

My teeth definitely look whiter after using these straps. Highly recommend them.
