I had a very frustrating experience with this company.
After placing my order, I realized my old address was still on file. I immediately contacted them—twice—asking to update the shipping address. In both responses, they confirmed that the address had been changed.
Despite that, they still shipped my order to the wrong (old) address.
I reached out again as soon as I saw the tracking information, but I never received any response. Being ignored after their mistake made the situation even worse.

Were my teeth whiter? Yes. But it was at the expense of sensitivity for several days. For me, no better than crest white strips, but perhaps better for your teeth? Not sure, but can't work for me.

It had a completely different texture than the first tube I bought. That tube was a gel. This tube is has a runny, liquid consistency. It won't stay on my toothbrush or even my fingertip. I literally have to squirt a small amount of it into my mouth. I would think it was a counterfeit except it came from Intelliwhite.
