I ordered the necklace in a real pretty mahogany gift box and it's really nice. The only downside I see is I ordered the necklace with a personalized signed gift card. I received that after I also received the standard box with a greeting card and a necklace. In other words I got 2. It shows I paid for 2 so I did get what I paid for. I guess I could return the one in the plain box, but I'm a guy so I'll just keep it.

My wife loved it! I must state a few things that were not so pleasing: 1. The shipping time was ridiculous! The tracking alerts were constantly stating 'delivery today by 9:00 PM' that changed every day for 7 days. 2. The packaging was pathetic!! I paid for the nice wooded, light up case that was just put into an envelope - not even wrapped! I was able to polish off all of the marks luckily. This is obviously some type of drop-shipment because others are selling the exact same item from differen...

When I opened the delivery package, I expected the box and note to be much larger. The necklace is beautiful but the add gives the impression it’s much larger. The print is so small and I wished I ordered the mahogany box with it. The online picture is a little deceiving I would order the mahogany box if that’s possible.
