Ordered this for my 11 year old granddaughter's birthday. It was shipped directly to her. She called me as soon as it arrived to say she loved it and that she loves me forever. Brought tears to my eyes.

Just received the necklace I ordered for my 8 year old granddaughter. Can’t wait to give it to her. The necklace looks exactly as it did on the website. The two linked hearts are very nice. The chain itself could’ve been just a little bit thicker, but that’s okay. Not an issue. The shipping/order status updates via text messages and emails from Sugar Spring Support were great. I would definitely recommend Sugar Spring.

My granddaughter Ariana loves it and has not taken it off since it arrived. Thought I ordered it with the mahogany led box but it came with the two tone. Would like the mahogany box. Thanks it was a big hit!

Product is beautiful but it takes much longer to get then the web site says, it said 5 to 7 days it took about 3 weeks, but the necjkace and lighted box are very nice

It's beautiful but they sent the wrong color it was supposed to be 14 karat white gold so I don't know if there's anything you can do so I can get the right color thank you

At first I purchased two for my daughters, once I received them I absolutely loved them. So I purchased another one for my finance. Great quality, speedy shipping and love the light up box. Can't wait for them to open it on Christmas!!!!

The necklace is perfect and just what i wanted to give my wife. The packaging left a bit to be desired as it came in a cardboard box and not the ceramic box shown on your ad. I did not go back to see if this red box was an option or not. but, the important part is the necklace which is find.

My husband passed away unexpectedly on November 6th. When I seen these I knew I had to get them for my 2 daughters from their dad. I’m sure there will be many tears but I also know they will love them. I did think they were going to be in a light up box but they were not. They are still beautiful..

So I ordered a necklace for my daughter and I thought I was getting the mahogany box. It was my mistake and it came in the cardboard box and so I reached out and you guys sent me the mahogany box and I’m super super happy with it and looking at maybe purchasing a necklace for my son from Dad to son, so very pleased

My grandsons loved it. I think My son loved it even more! Unfortunately I live out of town and was unable to be there when it arrived. I paid for express delivery so I could be there to wrap the gifts before giving but it was delivered late. When I wrote to the company about this, they promptly refunded the money I paid for express delivery. I am very happy with the company and would buy from them again!

My husband found this cross on your website and knew immediately that he wanted to purchase for our son. The cross and chain are of excellent quality and present well in the standard box. I also chose the dog tags for our grandsons. It was easy to return to Sugar Spring with such great service.
