You place an extra burden on your staff because of this disorder I suggest you ask your personnel what is needed. If i had your business it would be a priority. Only problem and the reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the first order, the three for my daughters were lost and never arrived. Customer service was great and shipped 3 new ones out and received them within a week. The one for my wife didn't come with the light up box which was disappointing but still satisfied.
