My experience was not so good. i ordered the double heart necklace for my granddaughter for Christmas and was sent an entirely different necklace. After calling 50 times and not getting anyone to answer the phone, needless to say my granddaughter did not get this special gift for Christmas. My daughter finally got in touch with someone and got it straightened out. I received the correct necklace in January.
