I love these so much! Another reviewer said the tea lights were a hard fit and that’s not been true for me at all. They slide right down in there and the ambience is beautiful. I have not tried votives yet. Would highly recommend, such a nice thing to have from Mother Earth

Once our new replacement electric plug-in light cord was shipped out the door of the warehouse and arrived as promised, we installed as soon as possible. It worked magically. The only thing that surprised me was that when inserting the light into the salt light, it sits on a little perch, not flush with the existing wood base of the salt lamp. But never-the-less it works well, just raises the lamp up a bit higher. Thank you!

Took forever too get. I thought I had been scammed because I ordered in November and received in January. I called and emailed the company with no response. I was so glad when it delivered. Anyway, nice item. Could have been really late due to COVID and the holidays. Would have been happy to receive an email regarding why it was taking so long. It’s a beautifully crafted lamp. I have had a salt lamp for many years (not your brand) and wanted another for my bedroom. Your lamp comes with a dimmer switch that my other lamp does not have. Also, your base is very attractive, more so than my other lamp. I am enjoying your lamp very much. The light that emanates from it is soft and relaxing. After reading some of the reviews I was quite nervous ordering this piece. Only issue I did experience was a ship notice was emailed to me with a tracking number, and after a week it wasn’t showing as been handed to USPS. I contacted the company and the following day it was on the road (finally!). It was worth the weight. This piece is very heavy. There were no chips or damage to the salt rock. I’ve only had it switched on for an hour, so I hope it continues to work as it is supposed to 🤞🏽

Well was nervous about the state the lamp would be in since I believe the box it was shipped in was manhandled pretty badly.
