Litrerally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered my lamp with 3-6 rush shipping and it came two weeks later. When I asked for my shipping money back, you offered me a 25% discount. You should be ashamed.

At first, I was frustrated with the poor customer service regarding delay of my order. I finally heard from someone (after multiple attempts) to learn reason for delayed arrival. Once a service rep. took personal care, the process went smoothly. Shipping delays from overseas are expected and a normal part of buying exotic products. I am patient and understanding of this. I do not appreciate of being ignored, especially since my CC had already been billed and paid.
