The bigger patches work great for the bigger muscle groups; you can cut them or make slits for smaller or hard-to-reach areas. They are as effective as ever and keep sending warmth throughout the day.

That's what is so unique I don't usually follow through but with Briana's help and the Dragontree Community I have already done more with this planner than any other. 2023 is going to be amazing.

Use muscles after exercise and it does exactly that "melts" away sorness. Also put this on a bulging disc on my back caused by degererating disc and it helps calm it down too. Bonus points has a really pleseant scent that is so much better than those other muscle creams. Will definately order this again. Have the patches but have not tried yet. Will review those later. Thank you for creating something organic I can trust and that works too :)

I haven’t started writing it in yet,but it is beautiful. It is a little fatter bc of the new paper, but I’m not picky. I know there were paper haters bc their pens smeared and now people are complaining with better paper it’s too fat. You can’t win.

Thank you for creating this journal! I can see myself using it as a morning ritual for far longer than just 108 days, since the next time I go through the pages I will be a different person with different insights and experiences. The writings inspire deep introspection, and while some are more meaningful to me than others, they all challenge me to question myself and look for better understanding. I love this cover. I have had another cover on the last two of my dream books. It is kept to book is such good shape throughout the year and it lasts. I could have kept the one I had for at least another year; it is still in excellent condition, but I fell in love with the Blue Mandala. So now I will be able to alternate. Both are beautiful. I know they last and last, wearing extremely well and every time I look at my new cover, it makes me smile!

Just received my third Dreambook and Planner. I have used it more and more each year and was excited to purchase my 2021 journal early so I can do even better planning for next year. Love the spiral bound journal and it has plenty of room for everything I want to track. Definitely the best planner I’ve ever owned. Great ideas in the journal but it also allows for personalization and customization. If you are on the fence about purchasing just do it. Well worth it!

After 3 weeks I started to gain my energy back and after 5 weeks I was able to attempt hiking again. I went on a day hike for the first time in over a year and it felt amazing! I’m a bit slow to get it all started. Definitely requires a lot of time and effort (ie habit). However the book is made of high quality material. It is very easy to understand and use, just requires a bit of getting used to. Personally I’ve never had a very structured life or set specific goals within timelines. So this is a welcomed learning experience for me.
