I use these patches monthly or more often for those areas in my shoulders and upper back that get knotted and painful. In the morning it is so much better. The smell is lovely and the feeling is soothing within 5-10 minutes. It is magic in a patch!

This is the best massage oil! It smells great, it soaks in quickly enough so that applying after shower, I can still get dressed without feeling greasy. I have now tried all the muscle melt products and I love them all. I live in a very small space with a scent-sensitive roommate who finds these products too strong smelling but, the scent of this cream doesn't bother them at all. I will be getting more of this. Keep up the good work!

This is my fifth year using the DreamBook. I think it is superior overall, but they must have changed the paper type in this year's version (2021) because I am using the same markers I've always used and now they are bleeding through to the other side. This is very discouraging because I like to color the mandalas and now that can only be done with colored pencils. The content is thought provoking, though, and I really like the layout.

I love this planner and have used it for several years. The prompts help you to set goals and prioritize what is most important for the year. I am amending an earlier review for the 2021 planner, however, because as I have started using it like other reviewers I am very disappointed by the thinner paper in this year's version. Even regular felt tip pens bleed through the pages. I will still enjoy the exercises and mind maps, but hope that next year's planner will have the thicker paper.

I LOVED last year's planner (2020) so much that I didn't hesitate buying the new one for 2021. It is still the same beautiful planner but unfortunately now it has thinner paper so the pens I use bleed through (I used the same pens last year with no visible traces on the next page), which will make it a little less enjoyable for me. It's still a great planner though!
