Install is a little tough, but got it. Done, but the fit and finish was second to none as the pictures wi'll show you. I did feel instant response on the throttle, and it seems to give a little better fuel mileage, but still testing, but very happy. The powder coat was second to none Oxford white. At 162,000 miles all 8 body mounts needed replacement. It appears that two of them had been prevously replaced (I'm 4th owner). Only the right front mount gave me any problem removing it, and all the new ones went right on. That is, once I got the halves separated--I used socket and small hammer to get them apart. Installed the SPE booklung billet innercooler with SPE hot side pipe and cold side XD pipes. Easy install as everything fit perfect. No issues. My 2017 F250 is more responsive and turbocharger spools up quicker and has that aircraft engine sound when spooling up. I could not be more pleased. I just installed my Fuel Filter conversion kit and it not only looks badass, but it functions well! Install was not too bad, don’t over torque your fittings. I learned that the hard way, just snug them and be done with it. I had initially twisted off a #12 that was in the center of the rear of the filter manifold, I was able to get the threaded portion out and then tapped the actual QC fitting and built a new one with 3/8” brass air line reducer fittings and RTV to seal everything. Bought this to replace a burst stock pipe. This piece is built like a tank! The straight silicone hoses are thick and durable. I recommend moving the power steering reservoir to the side (‘11-‘16) to get better access for installation. With the reservoir out of the way the pipe dropped right in, and I had easy access to all clamps. SPE has my business as long as they make parts for my 6.7. I have their ccv reroute, upper rad hose and low temp thermostat. Most recently i got the full intake piping from them and wow. They never disappoint. Truck runs like it can breath now. Better fuel mileage? Yes. Slightly lower temps? Yes. A little more turbo noise? Yes. Significantly better throttle response? Definitely. The CCV replacement is done and working great. The parts seem to be made with quality and precision. You can see from the photos that it opens up a significant amount of space on that side of the engine bay. Another Great product from SPE. Fit and finish were perfect and installation instructions made the actual install a breeze. I didn't order the internal/external catch can. I got a 3/4" exhaust venturi for like $55 and welded it into my mid-pipe and just run any fumes and/or oil vapor right out the exhaust.
