Fittings are very high quality, as expected, and installation was easiest to simply cut the original lines (used a pex tubing cutter). I was pleasantly surprised that I did not need the transmission line removal tool since those plastic connections to the cooler were no longer required. This fixed the hairline crack in my oem lines since they were not leaking during the recall period.

Part worked great. I wasn’t sure how it would work because I couldn’t find any pics in the review section with this part on the SPE full intake/ intercooler piping kit all the ones I seen were with the factory intakes so now people have some pics to see what it looks like on my truck to help. First off the attention to detail is spot on. This intake is crafted so awesome it should be factory installed ..... only issue I had was the front right corner up against the fender was a little thick. It took a little persuasion to ease it on in and I had to leave out the screw that holds down the air box. But otherwise I love it and would definitely recommend to anyone. I included a little shot of said scrape look at the bottom left in pic.

My take on the Pros are: I have no doubt the product will meet SPE’s increased oil flow claims. the extra 1/8 and 1/4 npt ports are a plus. I’m using the 1/8 npt to feed my bypass filter. Since I have a 4” lift and 37” on 22.5 rims I went with the longer filter. The only spooky banana's I ran into was that my 2019 has ports on one side…the new oil head has ports 180 degrees apart which in itself was not a problem but the oil pressure switch gets moved to a spot that doesn’t allow a wrench to ...

Another great product from SPE Motersports. Easy install if you take the inside fender cover off passenger side. Would definitely recommend doing this upgrade if your truck is missing the unnecessary weight. Just a side note… make sure you order all parts from SPE Motorsports and not china spe labs. I made that mistake with ccv reroute kit and the quality is shit! USA only!

This came quicker than expected and the quality of the intake was AAA+++. Chance my salesperson was fantastic and answered all my questions and customer service was great. Install went well (passenger side lid was a little tight but that was the only hiccup, remove the relay and you will be fine). I recommend this product and company highly. Already receiving great comments from friends on the looks also.

Fairly easy install on my 2013 Powerstroke. I was concerned with that smaller brittle stock piece every time I change the top fuel filter. So, I’m glad SPE makes this part and it’s a solid upgrade from stock.

This is not a difficult job. Having the right tools makes a huge difference. Have a proper smaller torque wrench. Long, ball type, propee size, hex wrenches are big advantage. Check the access to your bolts before you install temp and pressure sensors. Outside of that, deep sockets a short extension, and a bit of patience. Easy does it.

Great product which is to be expected. I did read the comments on previous purchases and agree with the 3 that mentioned the pipe/hose should be .5-.75 inches longer to make a cleaner connection to the radiator. Seems like it puts a little strain on the plastic male side of the radiator port. I would still purchase again because of the quality.

The quality is awesome. The pan is very stout and feels solid. The o-ring that came with the pan seemed to large at first. I message Chance who sent me the video of the install of the o-ring and that helped. After 6 beer minutes I finally got it. Installation was straight forward. Purchased a few SPE parts and every product has been top notch. I will be purchasing the transmission pan and ultimate cooling system next.

As always top notch quality. Did the oil filter upgrade and oil pan upgrade at same time. Be patient as stated gasket o ring needs to be worked into the groove. It will swallow it with time.

I’ve done a lot of upgrades to my 2011 f250 and I still had my factory intercooler. The amount of boost that was being pushed through the factory intercooler actually formed a lot of internal cracks. I upgraded to the SPE booklung billet intercooler and I am impressed. The difference is insane. There is no restriction like there was with the factory intercooler; It is now allowing more air through. The egt temp is lower and my engine runs awesome. I recommend this intercooler.

Oil lines were easy to feed and connect. You can tell it’s going to be much more flow than the stock lines. I recommend to get them with the oil cooler.

Very nice carbon fiber intake, the finish is perfect. Install is pretty easy, I’d recommend putting just a little WD-40 around the inner ring of the air filter to help it get on the intake tube. The air box seems a bit odd when you first put it in as there are no bolts to secure it just the 2 metal pieces you screw in and stick in the oem grommets so it seems loose until you get the filter on the tube and tighten it down, then the whole system gets ridged and everything stays tight. The bushing fit great and fixed 90 percent of my wobble! Install took about 30 minutes, you can use a 1-3/16 socket for the bushing bolt and I didn’t even need to drop the sway bar bracket to remove. The included tool works awesome also and saved a lot of time and extra work. Shipping was quick!

I finally decided to change my differential fluid at 170,000 miles and it only made sense to put this cover on as you don't have to worry about putting sealant and potential leaks when using the OE cover. I spent a little extra time cleaning surfaces and bolt holes to make sure there would be no issues down the road. Other than the box arriving mangled and all the parts amazingly all being there, it was all good. I did the upgraded thermostat at the same time as well as the upper radiator hose. Super easy install and did the hot side, cold side intercooler pipes, disaster prevention kit 1.0 version with Exofilter as well as the turbo coolant feed line. A lot going on, but all came off for cleaning of upper and lower intake and the throttle body.

Everything was great 👍. I forgot to twist the return line ,to loosen the hose from the plastic stem, and I broke it when pulling it off. $7 fix. Then hooked up lines under truck and had some diesel leaking from petcock. Turn T handle to close it ans and was still leaking but slower , tighten it just alittel more, not much force at all and that broke. Got a new one from Grainger for $6 seems to be better made. I can actually use pliers on it to stop the every once in a while drip. No leaks truck...

It was good and much needed upgraded since the factory fuel filter located on the engine cracked and leaked fuel everywhere and all over my engine. It’s nice having the piece of mind knowing that the fuel is being better filtered than the stock filters. Plus these are a lot easier to change and located in one place.

Love it, works as it should. Threw mine on with a lube locker gasket and liquid ptfe on the threaded plugs. Installed December '25, no drips, looks clean. Great product from SPE.

When I installed the new SPE oil cap it was a tight fit, the primary reason is to ensure when the oil and oil filter are changed they fill the new 16-quart SPE oil pan with enough oil. With it printed on the top of the SPE oil cap, it will help their memory to add 3 more quarts to the old normal 13-quart OEM oil pan required. Because the fill line on the OEM dipstick will need more than the normal amount of engine oil.

Getting the old pan off took three different bolt extractors as they were so rusted there wasn’t much of a bolt head left, however once off the Spe pan went on no issues , oring was easy to install.

Excellent quality replacement over the stock pan. Be sure to tighten the large Allen key plugs all the way down. Apply the thread sealant. I would advise having these Allen keys prior to installing.

I bought the internal catch can with a CCV reroute, and it was easy to install. The only downside is that I wish there were a 90° fitting to help route the hose better. Overall top quality materials and will continue to shop with SPE!

Great product. Comes with everything you need except up pipe clamps. Wish the downpipe had a bracket to hold down like OEM one. Install is difficult but SPE team is helpful. Pedestal and gaskets are OEM.

I had the SPE CCV reroute before this came out. Didn't like the smell sitting at the stop lights even with the internal catch can. This fixed that. Quality is very good as all SPE products are.

I could not believe the amount of oil in the factory pipes when I was taking things apart!!! And all that oil is going back into the intake! Not anymore! Installation took some time but directions were straight forward. Truck seems to run better/smoother and I also installed an S&B intake at the same time. Since then I have been getting 2mpg better no matter how I drive or tow. Highly recommend!
