The day that I picked up my 11 week old dachshund was really busy. I hadn't even had time to unpack the ramp I got from Sausage Dog Central. While my puppy slept in the bedroom, I set up the ramp. What a breeze! I just had to determine which of the brace retaining slots came to the top of my mattress. That accomplished, I walked to the kitchen. Minutes later, I returned to the bedroom. My tiny puppy was asleep on the pillow OUR bed.

Haven't used the products for long. My doxie loves the peanut butter hip=joint supplements and the digestive chews and the calming chews. When I was unable to purchase the hip and joint product that came in trio set, they replaced it with another brand at no cost to me. Great customer service!

It was bigger than I expected. I could not get my dogs to use it. I have a friend who needed a ramp for her younger larger dog. All worked out well. Only thing I didn't like was the 4 payments were not each month - but much quicker like 6 weeks. You dont know that until you have made the purchase.

I think the concept is great. I bought it to get my girls into the bed but when it is on the top position (which it needs to be for the bed), the slope is too high for my girls to feel comfortable using it. We now have it on a lower position up to a bench (which we had for the girls before we got the ramp). They still have to jump from the bench to the bed but they don't have to jump from the bench to the floor which is an improvement.

I was surprised as to how well made it was. However, my dog Franklin did no like it and wouldn't go on it. We tried for a few days playing with him but he would just go around it. I am returning it because I feel he will never adjust to it.

too deep for a mini dachshound, had to put a small blanket inside to be more comfortable for him to see. otherwise I like the strapes to hang it above the seat cushion. He is more comfortable riding in the car.
