I can't find another product quite like Vitality Capsules for it not merely helps with elimination of bowel but of the lymph, lungs, nasal passages, liver, kidney and arteries. I bought 3 bottles and gave two bottles to my diabetic and constipated brother. I like the Extra Strength because it has Cayenne in it.

This definitely works. The trick is to figure out what works best for your body. I could not take two capsules because it caused cramps, so I took one at lunch and one with dinner and that worked perfectly. I will continue to buy this product.

I have been using the regular strength version for the past 3 years and i am sure that my overall well being has improved . No more allergies, my immunity has definitely increased , the stomach is very quiet for sure , All this with just one dose ONE Capsule per day, initially i started with, two now past year i have reduced to one , and that too works just fine , with minimum 2 B movements per day like clock work. I wish Dr D would introduce some more supplements for overall well being .
