Wow! I don’t know where to start, I’ve always struggled with eliminating by bowels, along with bad breath, skin issues etc. I absolutely love the extra strength pills. One a day is plenty for me. I really liked the product, it’s much more gentle than laxatives. You are pretty gassy at times and does have an odd flavour like a spice type flavour. I have to say once evacuating your gut feels phenomenal. My only negative is it’s kind of pricey and from someone on a budget I don’t think I’d be able to repurchase it.
