First time using the regular version and they are not working as well as the extra strength. Staying hydrated and taking up to four vitality capsules a day with a bowel movement every other day or even three day’s. Prior to taking vitality capsules I would be constipated for 4-5 days. I will order extra strength next time. My system has been this slow forever so happy for even a little relief.

I first took 1/2 of a capsule for two days, and then one capsule for two days with still no bowel movement. So the following day, I took two capsules and near the end of the dayhad a completely loose stool/diarrhea. I would really like to get the dosage worked out. When there is fear of diarrhea, you can’t go out.

On the third day, I had three very large movements back-to-back in the morning After that it’s been inconsistent, so I started to increase the dosage. I got to five pills and I started to experience some severe cramping. I reduced back to three pills. I tried to see how I could speak to someone, but couldn’t find anything on how to communicate. I have acid reflux and wanted to know if these pills are still recommended?
