It sounds like Shilajit has incredible almost magical properties. So far I can’t say what I’ve noticed. I’m a little sad the bottle was only half full as it is very expensive however I’m interested in further experimentation with the product. I would love to be able to share grand results, but so far I have been using the Vitality Capsules (extra-strength) for about two weeks, without anything to go wild about.

I like the pills, but I wish I could only take 2 instead of 3 pills. They really work and don't cause any pain or discomfort. My constipation issues are severe and its difficult to find that can help me 100%. I will continue taking these pills because is the best compared to other options. I am not constantly bloated. This was very helpful in explaining the process of this kind of cleanse. I think I will be willing to try it at a future date when I can constantly use the bathroom. It clearly explained why sugar is necessary but also that you have to be able to give the candida a place to flee to and not stay and fight.

This product does help me go to the bathroom , and I will probably continue to take it. However, it does often make my system spasm with some discomfort before elimination. I suspect one of the ingredients is causing this, however not sure which on.
