I have not used the new stuff long enough yet to do a complete review. I did notice it was a milder loosening of the bowls than the old stuff that had the pepper herbs. However, I do trust you and know that you have mine and others healthy interests in mind.

I had just accepted darker skin around my ankles. However my skin tone has evened out around my feet and ankles. My knees are the same color as my calves. If I drop something I can bend and pick it up without grunting.

I purchased Biotin because more hair than normal was coming out when I showered. Because my hair is normally thick, no one else noticed it, but I sure did. It’s been about a week, and the amount of hair that I am loosing has lessened. But the real surprise was that after a few days, I noticed that my fingernails were long and strong! I would definitely recommend this biotin. But remember … take it with your B50 complex!

Vitality caps work very well. I have at least 2 movements a day, sometimes 3. I worked up to 6 caps per day, taking in the middle of breakfast.
