I take 6 capsules after a large enough meal. This is the most effective dose that I have found. (The extra strength capsules will give me some distress. Fennel seeds will relieve the distress.) I can reduce the number of capsules, if I eat a vegan meals that day, e.g., a salad.

Ok, I think Vitality Capsules is a good product. But for me, it's a little strong. If my digestion is a little sluggish, I can take one capsule—maybe once a week. If I take it with dinner, I need to know I'm going to be home the next day and close to a bathroom. Very close! I don't dare venture out, because the urgency comes with very little warning. I would love a similar product that could be taken more regularly and would not cause such extreme urgency!

I have still not used the turpentine but plan on doing so soon. In Dr Jen's videos she uses a plastic dropper/pipette. I would be happy to know where I can find those and whether they are meant for a single use or can be reused. Are those HDPE plastic?
