This is best goat meat I have ever tasted except when I was in Pakistan. Very well packed in 2 pounds vacuum packs. Packages were separated by the type of eat. The chops were nicely cut and packed which are hard to find in Seattle area.

This also didn't come 100% frozen. I was looking for dry ice packets and could not find them in the box. But nonetheless I threw them into the freezer and they still were the highlight of my thanksgiving meal. No need for heavy sauces or a marinade. Just salt, butter,garlic and a few aromatics and you're good to go.
