First time growing and loving it just following the instructions from hey abby and you can see my plant is on it way from a seed. customer service in on point had a slight problem with shipping and they were all over it and gave me a solutions no problem anymore had questions about the app sent an email got answers the same day and yes I am on android and the app works fine so in total customer service 5 stars, app 5 stars also the community on their discord awesome we are all growing together....

I bought this to expand my grow quantity using a limited amount of space. It arrived in perfect condition and aside from me not being a huge fan of the white it looks awesome. I noticed a few small light leaks because the foam used to seal the door is a bit too thin and there isn't a strip to seal the top. This is a must-have accessory unless you purchased the black edition. Having only one USB connected to the grow box makes it near impossible to fully automate your grow. Also the one USB does not have enough power so putting in a USB hub you may run into some issues depending on what you're running.
