Man, this Hey Abby crew is on point! I have to say some of the best customer service and support I've seen in any business in a very long time. From start to finish everything was as smooth and easy going as it could be; they responded quickly to my email in regards to a part I had missing, then before I knew it I had the very part I needed on my front porch. The Abby 420 grow box has been very easy and convenient. It tells you what to do and when to do it with your grow so everyone can grow at all Stages. There is a helpful community on the Abby app who can help with any problems you may have or questions you may have along the way. Only negatives I have about the system are of the build design allowing light leaking from the sides of the box and in turn will allow odor to pass through. My experience so far has been positive, customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. The delivery of the OG Edition came quickly and was packaged extremely well. Camera was easy to set up and even though they say must be within 10 ft from the router my grow box and cam is in a room separate from router I'd say approximately 25 ft away and so far it's stayed connected without issues. It allows you to view the plant during the dark times when the lights are out. item was delivered a week ago, slight box damage but the packing is excellent so nothing damaged within the box. Had an immediate issue connecting Abby to the internet and phone using the steps that are provided. a lot of back and forth to drill down to the issue.
