Nice product once it was finally received, but wait time was too long with not alot of communication. Weeks and weeks with no updates until I had to ask. Then promised to ship next week but nothing. Another week, another week. A bit frustrating, but I do understand they are busy.
And good thing the product is good and worth the wait. But better communication is needed.

I love the hitch! To be perfect, the long outboard bolt holes could use more clearance. Getting them started was rough. I had to grind a significant lead on one bolt to get it started. Provision for mounting the 7/4 pin plug would be a bonus. One of the four bolts that go in the cross member was missing. I would buy it again. Great job HK.

I ordered the brackets for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee because they are required for a group I was going through the woods with. The stock hooks would have been fine, but I went for the beefier tow brackets. The arrived in bare metal, so I cleaned, primed, and painted them. There are no instructions.
