Went on easy enough and bolted right up to hidden winch mount. I welded tubular supports to accept the stock radiator rubber mounts & aluminum strap to cover gap above the core support that appeared to leave the radiator exposed.

I haven’t tried to tow my jeep from the RV yet, but the set up seems solid. I ordered it unpainted and tried myself so I need to clean it up a bit. I did not realize it took so long to receive the order, just be prepared. They did respond promptly when I inquired about the delivery.

Hitch is built like a tank. Wife was shocked at what ford installed as a factory hitch. Install was a breeze. Had one bolt hole a little off. Bolt it up loose get the 4 frame bolts started. Install the 4 crossmember bolts and tighten everything. Id like to see the safety chain eyelets a little larger. Will make hooking chains up easier as well as installing the hitch pin easier

Very nicely built. Stress free install. Clean way to install a removable winch and/or tow bar. Put a hitch drop in the receiver for boat launching and trailer maneuvering. Added considerable strength to the front frame, as well as protection for bottom of AC condenser and radiator. I bought it primarily for the recovery tabs, got a whole lot more. The new shackle mounts are built very strong and will make good tow points for flat towing and also recovery on the trail.
I would give them a five star if the cuts on the steel were done cleaner. Just be ready to spend time with a grinder and cleaning
before painting.

What I enjoyed most about this was the geniun help and support I received when installing this every question I had was answered within hours if not sooner. The instructions were clear the welds and the solid steel will definitely strengthen the front end and give you a solid place to mount the winch. Wish I would have saved up to get the stinger and gate keeper with it. Thanks H.K offroad for the great quality product i cant wait to use it on the trail.

But sure enough a bunch of plastic plugs, 3 bolt in the bottom of bumper and 1 on each side into fender and it was all off. opened the frame caps-1 bolt each...and undid the factory bolts for the recovery hooks. Bash hit it out of the park on this one, as usual. This is the perfect answer for WJ owners that want to add accessories to their jeep and still keep their heated seats. I added onboard air, ARB lockers, and assessory lighting and have plenty of room for my switches and USB ports. This is also made of metal, not cheap plastic. All this, and it fits and looks great.

Worked with HK Offroad on their basic WK hidden winch plate for my 2009 Grand. Needing to continue to use my RoadMaster flat tow system with the winch plate was able to achieve.

I added a winch with winch plate to make it even stronger. Towed the Gladiator over 500 miles no problem. If you are concerned about safety cables ask them for the additional cable loops. Very responsive and will talk idiots through installation.
