I accidentally placed a big order, reached out to the company within an HOUR of placing my order to ask to cancel and refund my order. Emailed them 3x and called their “customer service number” that no one answers multiple times. 3 days later the finally email me back saying they cannot cancel my order because it was shipped meanwhile I contacted them IMMEDIATELY after placing my order but no one responded to me for 3+ days. Awful company and customer service.

If you are purchasing for looks only the Nuggz are for you. Being that it's an exciting product to come by I ordered four different flavors. Kushberry is the most beautiful in color, and appearance. I love the sparkle it was such a surprise, But it is still very disappointing in taste. I literally sampled, bit one piece of each package. I made the decision to not eat any of them not for me. Cookies n cream taste the closest to its flavor but disappointing.

No not what I expected at all. Your ad is misleading. Implying marijuana infused. But it’s just chocolate covered cereal. Not worth the money. I would ask for a full refund but I doubt you guys would allow it. Needless to say I won’t be buying from you again.
