I loved how easy it was to fold and take with us. It was great on paved roads or boardwalks. The service and salespeople were very lovely and helpful. It should never be used on narrow sidewalks or the cobblestone streets of Mexico. It cannot be safely operated on large "cobblerock" streets or narrow uprooted sidewalks without ramps. The back pack is bulky when traveling. Since the seat and battery fill it, there is no room for other items. This means carrying additional item until the scooter is fully set up and only then is the backpack useful. Maybe a thinner travel seat would be helpful.

I barely use it and if anyone is like me with balance or neurological issues, this may not be the best for you. Overall, I like it but its intimidating for me at this time. When your customers need a repair on their scooters, it's easier if a professional. The technician comes out and install the item instead of having the custom will fumble with it and tried to make the repair. As a customer, I have paid quite a bit of money for the scooter and I very easily could have bought a cheaper, less expensive scooter. Therefore, I expect a better response from moving life ATTO SCOOTERS!!!!!!!!!!!

It works BUT the overall, the chair needs modifications. The chair is NOT for people who cannot pick up 30 lbs, have dexterity issues, mobility issues, and/or joint issues. The person using the chair MUST always have someone with him/her for help. Also, the chair always have issues needing repair and parts and labor is NOT CHEAP. So, consider all this before investing.

They arrived with a promise that I could call your tech department for instructions on installation. I called several times, left messages for callback , finally got through to someone who promised to send my son a video—and nothing. Called again and got a sales lady who said she’d contact the department and have them call me. Nothing. Son finally found the video online, but this was a very poor start To my experience with ATTO.
