Yea,I miss placed my wallet. Had to stop all credit cards. I had the money in my account but I honestly forgot to informed them. They called right then and explained it should have gone thru. I gave them the new account #. They took out $25. X 2. Didn’t want to hear my excuse. Left with $17 in bank for rest of the month. Shame on them. Wish I didn’t get.

The charger did not include a power cable. (Like getting a toaster without a power cord.) The charger was lost and a new one was ordered. Very very unlikely a charger was lost without also losing the power cable. If it is a question of where was it going to be plug-in, a simple check-box on the web page would answer that question.

Instructions need to be intuitive rather than deductive. Took numerous attempts before I figured it out. Videos need to be narrated 1 step at a time in slow motion with icons highlighting each action necessary for opening-closing. Use still photos to highlight all features in RED.

My neighbor got con'd into buying this. Only one of two batteries will take a charge. So the only one that takes a charge has a issue with one light beep, no movement, and a chirp when Joy stick is moved. So for 3 grand I feel this is not worth it when there is better rated one on amazon for 500 or less. So the book says with one light beep it is a low battery or joystick issue.... well we can rule out the battery and So now what? Pay for a service technician to come and replace broken new parts...
