I wore it for two days and didn't notice much difference. I realized I had ordered to large of a band. After wearing it pulled up and in contact with me skin, I feel a noticeable difference. This band helps give me energy and overall I feel it helps keep my energetic fields in line. Love it and highly recommend.

I have used BODY ALIGN patches for mainly my back muscles for 2 years now. I found out in March that my left T-M joint has osteoarthritis causing pain in my left cheek area. I can feel a difference when the band is on and off. The band helps with not getting as unwell when out and about in public so that's nice. I have had my white band for a year now but just ordered a new one. After everyday use working outside most days I've worn out my first band so excited to get my new black one in soon. My husband and I started wearing 1 of the bands the beginning of March. Immediately noticed less static emitted from us. Thought it was weird. My husband started commenting he felt tired after forgetting the band when he got to work. I read that 2 work better together to keep a center grounding and without fail we both feel fantastic. Everyone needs one of these! I have more energy since wearing it and am so glad to be protected around 4 / 5G and other harmful radiation and energies. I can easily and comfortably wear it above my elbow since I am a smaller size, if I don't want it to compete with jewelry on my wrist when getting dressed up. I have had pain 24/7 and have to nap on the floor with very little sleep. The first few days of wearing it I started to have an ear infection. When my BA band arrived I put it on and my arm went all tingly for a few hours. After that it felt normal. After a couple of weeks my back pain is much reduced and I feel quite energetic! The only problem is that it has fallen off my wrist a number of times so I think a buckle strap would be more secure. Overall I am pleased with this product.
