I have used the pain patches for about 3 years now. They work. If you have shoulder pain, use one or 2 patched. If your back hurts, apply one or 2 patches. Knee hurt, you bet, apply where it hurts. my 90 year young mum has been wearing the patches and finds them to help the pain in her knees, she wears them just below the knee on the fleshy part. I have been using the Body Align patches for sometime. This year I had a horrible experience with sciatica pain. I was really grateful to have the patches, they helped with the excruciating pain on my shin and the top of my foot. The bad pain is gone but I still have nerve discomfort on the top of my foot. Of course, the patches work on inflammation, and don't heal the cause, but I have found that over time, problems improve and I'm using the patches less and less. And in one case, where I had suffered a knee pain for a long period of time, just one round resolved whatever lingering issue I'd been having.

This patch is amazing how it works. I’ve ordered it twice now and will order it again. I have lower back pain that can be out of the world full of so much pain. I got the ultimate wellness band on March 19, 2021. I have a vertigo for a year now. I immediate wore it upon receipt. At first i did not feel anything, i just wore it the whole day.
