I love this band! I wasn't sure if it would work, but I decided to try it and I'm so glad I did. After a few days of wearing it I noticed a big difference in my energy level. I was no longer taking naps in the afternoon/evening, and if I did, they were only about 10 min. I also noticed my aches and pains were diminished. I have already recommended it to a few people. I put it on when I wake up and wear it till late at night. I love the way it looks and it is very comfortable.

I have phone discs and a wellness band. I’ve only been using them for a short while, so I can’t tell what good they are doing yet. I only occasionally use a 2/3G phone. I’ve got a plethora of health issues so the wellness band has a lot of work to do, but hopefully I will see some improvement soon.

I have been using it on my left knee because it is very arthritic. Bone on bone. The patches seem to give me quite a bit of relief and there are days when I have no pain or swelling at all.

With the stickers and what I call a Body Align watch, I am fully protected even after 10-12 hours on screens!
