The quality of the products is great, i love the bran and barley cereal, its super tasty, no sugar needed and can be eaten with yoghurt or milk. Really keeps on regular too, there a little something for everyone in the family. Hubby loves the bars and muesli and the kids cereal is very tasy.

This is a great meal replacement for being on the go - no time to make snacks and eat, so this solution is great - Pop Shake and suck. This is quite filling and fills the gap as a meal replacement option - (lunch replacement for me)

The crunch is for myself and I have it with cold or hot milk. The cold milk is no problem when I have too many other tasks and no time to warm the milk.

I love this new taste sensation and will definitely be buying it again in the future. The whole nuts are a wonderful addition, and I appreciate that I don't have to search for the seeds either. A most enjoyable, crunchy, healthy start to my day.

This is by far my favourite bar that I have had in a long time. Its works perfectly into my eating program! Great benefits and I great taste. I have repurchased them quite a few times now.

So I mix up my shakes everyday. I always add 1 spoon wheat to the banana flavored shake, to shake things up whilst providing a fulfilling shake for the morning rush. I mix up from the original to zero. This sustains me for the morning until lunch break.

I love the bundle. It is affordable and my kids just loved it. Most of it is almost gone. I hope you guys will have more bundles like this one.

My 2 sons love the Chocolate Future life, and have it as a meal many times when the food is not to their liking. Love these for my son. Most brands offer kids cereals that are very sweet and unhealthy but with this brand, you can rest assured that the kids are a getting the nutrition that they need

I love my instant oats, it's quick to make and keeps me full for longer. Granular bars are awesome as well. I take them with my tea and really enjoy them. They keep me full for longer and good for snacking. one pack is more than enough😛😛

Its a perfect on the go quick meal. In my family my sons use this after sports practices and matches at school and it ties them over till we get home for either lunch or supper. Tastes so good aswell

Perfect for winter, a lot less fuss to prepare than traditional oats, and keeps you satisfied, perfect with warm milk and some cinnamon, I like to add apple slices for sweetness. Texture and taste is very appealing a definite must try if you like oats but want a less complicated option.

I have alway avoided cranola because wow u need to have strong jaws😂but buying this one is the best choice I have ever made it has just the right crunch to it the vatality was finished on arrival me and my daughter's enjoyed it so much

This one has always been my go to when im constipated, it is because of it that i wanted to try the others. It helps me with constipation as i need to eat more fibre due to hemorrhoids. I always have this one in my cupboard.

I have been eating All bran flakes for years, but I just LOVE the idea of the added barley flakes! Makes the bran flakes a little more interesting and tastey! Great idea!

What a tasty chocolatey bar! I love this because it feels as though I'm eating a chocolate bar but this one has less sugar and loaded with protein. This will be a regular purchase for me for sure.

The shake keeps me full for longer and lighter. It helps me greatly with the afternoon exercise, which I have struggled with, due to a bloated tummy from late lunch. With the shake, I feel full but lighter with the same energy as my late lunch.

My 5year old LOVES this flavour. She has hers with milk in the mornings before school. It's such a win for me because she goes to school with a full tummy.

Frist of all, this product (vanilla) tastes amazing!! However I do mix it with boiling water instead, in a large coffee mug. The hot water brings out the flavour and it's less grainy than mixing with cold water. It will keep you full for a surprising amount of hours and is packed with vitamins and minerals. I take it with me on hikes as well (again, without the water pouch because it makes my backpack too heavy) and I even keep some in the car cubbyhole just in case someone is dying of hunger.
